Any other suggestions could it be fuel pump?

68,255

Ok answer may just be that,by removing the 02,the truck,s ECM cant determine fuel supply, and flooding the engine or not giving enough fuel.

68,255

You can check the fuel pressure to determine if it is the pump, but im think ECM issue.
