I have a 1995 nissan altima when I first start it , starts right up but when I drive it for a while and turn it off for about 30 mins then when I start it back up it starts slow and I turn the key off then turn it back on it starts what could be the problem
I've had a bad distributor on these, all because an oil leak at the valve cover drippin' onto the distributor....sadly it caused the unit to fire on the up stroke effectively dead-heading the motor and bending a few critical parts, changed the distributor and ran okay but suffered from this lack of correct spark. The problem could be the distributor --oil soaked and just holding on. Take a look at your distributor at the front of the engine to see if it has laid waste to an oil leak~
When you say " it starts slow" does that mean the engine is turning slowly?
