How to check if the timing belt and water pump being replaced?

I just bought a 1995 300ZX TT 2 seater and was wondering if there's a way to check if the timing belt and water pump being replaced.....

Most wear will be obvious, rounded shoulders on the belt or pieces missing, pump will show signs of seepage out the weep hole or impeller marks on the housing or rotted impellers. But as with all used vehicles, if there is no record of it ever being done just do it for your own piece of mind, it's cheaper than an engine.

You cab remove belt cover and inspect it. Your zx needs a belt every 60k 120k and so on
