Is there a wiring harness that I can replace the factory one with but keep it 6v

I was wondering if Anyone new of a wiring
harness that I could buy to replace the OEM
wiring harness that is still 6v

A 6 volt harness can handle a 12 volt conversion without any problems if it is in good shape. Try classicchevy.com
