Can I replace my 5peed tranny to a automatic transmission ?302 engine.will it bolt up or do I have to customize

There will be quite a little bit of work to make this even viable, transmission cooling, flywheel to ring gear swap, tranny mounts, driveline change, engine and transmission control electrical harness and computer, exhaust rework, different steering column, different floor plate, I'm sure I missed some more stuff but that is just a small list of things.

Would a 300 6 cylinder bolt up to a tranny that had a 351W in it before? Or is it not going to align? I believe the tranny is a c6.
