Key won't turn in the ignition

Key won't turn ignition steering column locked. I tried several suggestion on
youtube but none work. Will I have to replace iginition cylinder?

It might just be a worn out key. Wiggle it around or try another key. Also, take tension off the lock mechanism by slightly rotating the steering wheel one way or the other while turning the key and see if that helps.
