I have an new battery and spark plugs but my car
will not true over no kind of fire would turn it over
to start please help me. Thank You

Check your fuel pump. If this car has high miles and hasnt had the fuel filter changed its possible it burned up your fuel pump. But first get the alternator tested. I'd also check your starter.
