Why does my Frontier w 2.4L engine hesitate and miss?
Happen's esp when wet or foggy out, then it will sort of fix itsself. Or another time it happens is if you start it up when cold, and dont let it warm up, and shut it off in less than a minute or two - the next time you start it you get the hesitation and missing.
your distributor cap may be cracked, your silicone high-voltage lines are leaking high-voltage...used to have a "wand" at the shop that would glow under the presence of high-voltage...this stuff is very hard to detect, only can really tell if you get sparked~ grab a can of wd-40 and give all the high-voltage components a shower, the high-voltage will start working again...this is like the only use for this stuff....yes WaterDisplacement40~
cap and rotor....then wires...is gonna fixya~
