Ok I need help I have a 2000 Nissan frontier se 3.3 v6 king cab 4x4 when I start it up its making a loud ticking noise around the motor I have no clue what it is it gets faster as I press the gas any ideas

Coould be a valve/lifter tick in the engine, exhaust leak, something contacting the pulleys or the serpentine belt, etc. Isolate the noise further.
