Brake lights always stay on

Most likely a stuck brake light switch. Try pulling back on the brake pedal or unplug the switch and see if the lights go out, if they do then replace the switch. If they don't then you have a crosscircuit somewhere, then it is time to drag out the wiring diagrams and start tracing down circuits.
