I just replaced the window reg. w/motor...is this a stuck relay or bad switch?

There is a relay somewhere in the dash that controls the drivers window. The relay is used in conjunction with a timer or sensor for the automatic down position of the switch. Not sure where exactly it is, but it may be a bad relay or short in the switch.
