Is there a fuse or relay that I can remove to disable my keyless entry system?

Asked by Jun 06, 2014 at 12:38 AM about the 2001 Nissan Sentra GXE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I believe theives used some electronic device which hacked or otherwise
exploited my keyless entry system to unlock my doors and gain entry. My fob
doesn't work half the time anyway, so I'd rather just disable my keyless entry
and hopefully avoid any future theft by someone using the same mode of
entry.

To make it easier you can just program in a new code.
