I read that the QX4 has a ballast that runs the head lights, If it was going bad would it cause the right light to come on and then go out after a few seconds?

that's what i was told for the 07 maxima too. so expensive to have replaced so i waited and mine still flickers occassionally but the light still works.....i'm waiting for it to die
