How do I access the right rear panel marker light I cant get to it

light is out and would like to replace it. Have  removed  inner  trunk liner  and  jack bracket  but still unable to find access

You have to remove screw,s from fender well,and pull it back to get to it,unless you want to find you a pole and ram it like this,(((,just joking,,,
