I Bought a Nissan Titan 2004 and engine light came on. It was showing the cat converter. I paid to change but the truck is still failing when i hit the gas. What else could it be wrong?

I dont know the code. But they changed the Right side Exhaust Manifold and reset engine light. I paid $742.00. But when i hit the gas while im driving the truck still acting up, it starts cuting off at 2500 rpm the same thing that was happening before.

Looks like you have more than one converter. Perhaps they replaced the wrong one. HTH -Jim

Yes Jim the truck has more than one converter. Yeah im afraid they changed the wrong side converter. They reset the engine light. Will the engine light turn on again if they changed the wrong converter?

Yes, assuming that the converter is bad. The downstream oxygen sensor will pick it up. For the system to run the diagnostics on the converter, keep your gas tank between 3/4 and 1/4 for a few days and just drive normally. HTH. -Jim

sounds like the massflow module
