White smoke is an indication of burning coolant, perform a cylinder pressure or leak down test to determine if you have a head gasket issue. Are you loosing coolant but no leaks?

im a ASE certified mechanic but once I get it to start it burns off the extra gas and plugs are soaked you think it could be the piston rings I havent opened her up yet
