What happens if you put a crankshaft sensor on a camsensor? Please help..

Having problem to start engine

....back up the crazy bus here....this part is for the Nissan? this was labeled "cam sensor" and fit precisely in the hole where the crankshaft sensor belongs?....and the reason that you sought out this part? you narrowed it down from no spark at the ignition wires/sparkplugs...no 12 volts to the coil pack(s)? power from ignition switch? Battery old? the connection from the battery to frame?

crikey~! they look exactly the same....I wonder what the differences are? they both seem to be 25 mm long 10 mm in diameter...nothing moves....induction to pulse....these should be the same part....guhooochgh~
