Car shut down

Asked by Aug 24, 2015 at 05:51 PM about the 2005 Nissan Maxima SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Was driving my car and any time went
over a bump the lights would dim,
speedometer and such wouldnt work.
ABS TCS brake light engine light and
oil light all came on. Air conditioner
came on by itself but couldnt turn it
off. The car didnt want to go while
pushing gas. Pulled over turned it off
and it would start then die. Finally
started but went over a small bump
and it happened again. Changed the
ground wires. Started a few times but
now wont start at all. Anyone have
this problem or know what it could be.
Please help!

Wiring/electrical issue for sure. Sounds like a loose connection somewhere, or corrossion in one of the wiring harness or fuse boxes. It can be hard to find. You might want to have the pros in your area look it over for you, sounds like you did all you can do.
