How do I get the light to turn off I
unplugged my negative cable from
the battery hooked it back up and it
was still there.. How do I fix this small

You have in the windshield washer bottle one fluid level sensor.

What does that mean lol

The fluid level sensor for the windshield reservoir is usually near or attached to the reservoir. Sometimes this gets dirty and gives a false reading or just failed. You will need to remove and inspect. Are you sure it's the windshield level light and not something else?

Yes that's the only light on the dashboard and I looked it up in manual book to make sure and that's what the book indicated..

You need to check the sensor in bottle. If you have a light on and the light is indicating about low windshield washer fluid. You have a problem with that sensor.
