I did hear the hum when I turned it over. Just kept bugging me so I went back out and fiddled with the gas cap again, this time it started thank goodness! Still gonna have it checked out, but maybe the gas cap is worn or something?

My service engine light came on. Not blinking. It stayed on for four or five days then went off. Should I be worried and get it checked out.
