Why my radio keeps blanking out?

My radio keeps blanking out while I'm listening to it on
one the apps that is preloaded. When it comes back
on I have replay the app I listening to from the
beginning.

Sounds like a software problem, the dealer may need to run an update. Only way to know is call them with the vin and see if there is an update or service bulletin out there.
