First things you need to do are remove the fuse for the airbags and remove the airbag that fell off the dash from the car. Carry the airbag so the front is facing away from your body. Place the airbag front side up on a hard surface, preferably outside, away from anything that can be damaged or become a flying hazard if the airbag deploys. With the airbag disconnected and not deployed it's unstable! Use extreme caution! Secure the wires that plug into the airbag so they're separate from each other and won't touch anything metal! Then you're going to have to retrace your steps with the stereo installation and see where you made the mistake. You'll also have to check all your fuses. Replace the blown ones with fuses of the same amperage that was in there originally. HTH. -Jim
