How is it running, and did you reset the ECM, when you replaced the o2.s?

Yes i reset every time i replaced something then about a day an a half the light comes back with the same code

Runs great after about 2 minutes to warm up

If truck runs ok when it warms up,may be getting a false reading ,meaning check the wire,s running to the o2s,may be bad.

Is the engine original to the vehicle? If I am not mistaken the SOHC engine was not available in the explorer until mid year 1999. Are the replacement parts you purchased interchangeable with the older 4.0 pushrod engine?
