Raw fuel smell as soon as I exit the drives side, after driving for awhile. I can also smell it during fueling. There are no liquid leaks to be found.

Check the system for leaks at the charcoal canister and back toward the tank.. Vapors cannot be released into the air. You may have a break or leak there.
