Please can you answer my question about the ignition cutoff?

Yes I have old mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 1994 and 210,000 miles on it but look like new
wherever I go somebody tray to buy it because I travel a lot. Also I can tell you they try to
take it away 3 time already and because I park the car in front of the window of my
house, I turn the light on and I scare them.
