my son has a 95 gs 2.0L non turbo that has lost all power to the fuel pump. does anyone have any idea what could have caused this to happen??

it use to just stop but after it sat for a few minutes and he turned the key back on the pump would work again..

This is a sure sign the pump is starting to burn/wear out, have it replaced before it let's your son sit again.

Or the mpi relay is starting to go out mine did too before it just stopped working
