of course check all fuses and relays, but does it sound different at all when it turns over? you might have a bad timing belt. I am not to familiar with that engine, but if it has a distributor, take off the cap and turn it over, if the rotor doesn't turn, then your belt is likely broken.

google how to scan an obd1 Mitsubishi computer and scan for codes. Also, what turns over, the engine? or is the rotor in the cap turning?

Mitsu don't have a cap or rotor lol..it's all timing fuel injection computer module controlled. There are many issues with these cars...could be as simple as a bad ground problem which I was faced with. Another symptom I had was rough idle which I replaced the PTU the TBS and MAF sensor. Coils new plugs wires it runs fine now ...but another issue can be the crank sensor ..that allows the ECU to reconized when to fire the coils for spark at certain timing...if that's bad it won't start just crank over..if your getting fuel air spark..could be that..or a bad ECU ? My symptoms may or may not be your issues but it's a start for trouble shooting No mech in today's shop will know much about these cars since they are out dated and way advance for it's time in early 91 to 94 when 95 is second gen. Models ...unless you find a specialist in 3000 gt..and that will cost you some bucks I have a few food mech friends and they all hate to work on our cars due to the fact it's foreign .Japan and not so easy to work on lol...so I resort to car gurus for help which I am facing now with my ride..timing issue line up..I have post up if any body can help or give any ideas ...
