Have you bled it?

I have heard that if you put the clutch disc in backwards that it will cause this problem, but cannot verify it.

I have bled it every way possible

yeh what tennisshoes said, you may not have the clutch In correctly,, do you have good pressure on the clutch pedal ? also sorta thinking something might be wrong with the shifting forks

Is it possible for you to get under the car and get someone to depress and release the clutch? and watch the slave cylinder and the fork for the clutch?
