Are headlight and tail lights from A 1995 ford ranger and 1995 Mazda b2300 interchangeable?

Nope. Grill and bumper are different, so headlights won't fix without swapping a couple things. Bed's different, so tail lights won't fit without swapping the bed. Not too difficult a job if you wanted to snag a couple things from a ranger though. I think they changed the style in 98, so something like 92-97 should all work? Don't quote me on that though.
