Question type: Car Customization

so i have a 94 Mazda b-2300 2.3 liter 4 cylinder l4 motor and I'm looking for
headers and a full exhaust system but the only ones i can find are for a 94
ford ranger. will they be compatible with my b 2300? also if i need new
shocks and so on and so forth and i can only find them for a ford ranger on
say a website will any parts for my undercarriage work on my Mazda? and
lets say i find them in a parts store but for the ranger they are cheaper than
my Mazda will everything be compatible and interchangeable as long as
both the Ford and Mazda are the same year? any help would be greatly
appreciated thanks

It should be the same. Ford ran Mazda engines in their vehicles. Just make sure they're the same era and it should be similar.
