Which is Better?

Hi guys, Just asking which is better? Confused to buy a car, This Gray car
Price $2800 this have some issues on the exterior and Interior, this is a
private owner owned by a student selling because of insurance cost, then
this Black car is cost at $2800 too, but this guys is a flipper, maybe hard to
decide what car to choose, the gray have some exterior damage, like
scratches and dents, because it's lowered. What do you think is Better? On
Kbb The price of this cars is only 1600 - 1900.

I would not buy from a flipper - period. People that are selling beater cars because they can't afford it probably have never maintained the car or have made repairs that are unsafe. Ricky Racer cars that are lowered and customized have probably spent way too much time at red line trying to relive those Fat and Furious movies so I would say "None of the Above".

Ask them for a current Smog Certificate and see what they say. If they can't produce one on the spot I would walk away.
