1997 Ford Escort 2.0 Cooling fan will not come on normally and gauge only goes up 1/3. If I remove the 2 wire sensor in the thermostat housing the fan will run (without a jumper wire)

Replaced sensors in thermostat housing, also replaced Constant Control
Relay Module and ECM.
