is it a Auto? Main thing is Intake, header, Exhaust, and Delete the cat if you can. otherwise you need to boost it which DIY is about 1000-1400$

CAI, decent headers there are a few available however you get what you pay for, 2.25 inch exhaust, high flow cat and a muffler of your choice. Get a SAFC to correct fuel map to get most out of all the mods.

For just a little moe power for cheep: K&N air filter, modify air box inlet by removing the air inlet sound dampner located in the front left finder which turns the stock box to a cold air inlet (or buy cold air intake), get one of the little boxes off e-bay that modify the Air temp signal( super easy 7% gain for $20), Then go for the exhaust like the others mention. Also new plugs are a cheep way to gain back a little snap, and new fuel filter.
