My brake light and battery light are on when I start the car and stay on for about 10 miles after that. They eventually go out. Does this mean the alternator is going bad?

Could be that or your brake fluid need attention, a lot of Asian units combine the 2 light system to get your attention but you don't know what one is sending the signal it is until you get into it.

This car has an oil leak that the Dealership never told me about

Yes, I took the car into a Mitsubishie Dealership , in Selma Texas, GILLMAN HONDA/MITSUBISHIE and told them to replace all 3 Belts and They did but a week later the Serpentine Belt came off

They told me that the car had an Oil Leak, after the Fact

I told the service Manager that why ,Didn't they notify me about this situation and I would of payed the Mechanic?
