Why is my car stalling?

I have a 1984 cutlass Supreme brougham 3.8 34,000 miles
i did plugs wires cap rotor coil, and fuel line to carb. 2 barrel
BTW. It will turn over start for 1 or 2 seconds and stall. Any
help would be greatly appreciated

I would check and see if the engine is getting fuel. The carb may need rebuilding.
