Th front end is making a crunching popping noise in the front when turning right while in motion when I turn to the left it goes away for the most part. Is it c.v shaft? Or ball joint maybe?

Could be a shaft or ball joint. It could also be a strut plate bearing, broken spring, wheel bearing, or even a tie rod end. Have it looked at as soon as you can, before it leaves you sit somewhere.

Check the ball joints by jacking the car up from it's front crossmember, then grab the tire and see if you can rock the tire/wheel from top to bottom, tilting the top in and out. Try picking the tire up and see if the ball joint has play in it. Good time to check the tie rod ends too, if there is play in the tire from side to side. Wit it up in the air look at the condition of the CV joint boot. Decent vid here on checking ball joints: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xrp3eGgISRM
