How do you revmatch in a automatic or down shift
properly. Is there a certain rpm ?

Doing force shifting can damage internal clutches and friction surfaces not too mention the increased pressures put on the seals, if you want to do that kind of driving either get a standard tranny or send your out to be B&Merfied, that way it will shift when you want it too. Won't be cheap to get it done right.

So there's no way to really down shift properly.

Not a stock automatic, that is why it is an automatic so you don't have to do any shifting.
