2003 Mitsubishi Diamante fuel doesn't work

I just put $40 to my car and it isnt reading it. I can't
tell if it's full or empty sometimes because of the
meter. What is it called and how much is it and
where can I buy it at?

Nice pic. You put $40 in gas correct? LOL. The part is called a fuel level sensors/sender. It is located in the gas tank. You can get one from Autozone. Price will vary depending on where you live
