My 2004 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4 keeps cracking flex plates why this is the third time

You mean flex pipe? A portion of the exhaust just below the downpipe? If not where is this so called flex plate located?

A flex plate is what the torque converter bolts on to with an automatic transmission, instead of a flywheel. Consider your self schooled Mikiet33. Automotive 101
