hi, I need to change the hatchgate/truck of my 2004 Lincoln Aviator car (AWD).
What is the cheapest way to proceed to find a part and get it replaced? I cant
seem to find the part around me (NYC) but only on ebay.
And one garage quoted $1000 just to remove current door and replace it!!!!
Please help!!!

Try junk yards and Craig's List. You could shop around to see if you can get a better installation price. Doing it yourself would be more than a little difficult.
