car was runnig perfect. stopped at store. came out and started car it started misfiring and then quit about half mile down road and wont start at all. Checked it has fuel but no spark. Any ideas... ODB reader came out with one code which said misfire cylinder 2 but it doesnt have spark on any of the thre plugs up front that are easy access

sounding like your PTU is bad,,, do you have a voltmeter?

Uh No! turned out to be Coil#2 was shorted then blew fuse so no spark was generated to any plugs.. changed coil then fuse 24 and started right back up..
