my young son did a burn out in his mini cooper and all the oil came out and the transmission will not go into gear it is an automatic any ideas?
transmission oil is a must to pump the transmission to operate, the low gear torque and strain may throw enough pressure to blow a cooling line or front seal
Same thing happened to my old bosses daughter's mini, she blew the front pump seal, fractured a drum inside the tranny, after trying 3 times to get the stock one rebuilt, he finally got a replacement from a Cooper dealer to fix it and most likely still talks about how much it cost. But you bet that she no longer tried any more stunts.
