I have a 2005 convertible Mini Cooper. I recently disconnected the battery and several things stopped working after reconnecting it. The convertible top, A/C, and a couple interior lights are most notable. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this would happen?

You may need to have the battery synced...https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicAdvice/comments/2vs8jj/mini_cooper_dealership_shop_is_charging_375_to/

The roof is because the car doesn't know where the windows are the roof button will flash red when pressed . lower the windows and raise all them again. it should reset.
