I have a 98 Taurus SHO, the right rear tire is wearing the inside really bad can almost see the camber in the wheel!! What is the problem or cause of this?

It could be a lot of things back there, bearings, control rods, bushings. It would be best if you took it to an alignment shop and get it checked out.

it just doesnt seem safe to drive how it is!

If you don't feel it is safe then have it towed, as it is a Taurus I would recommend either a trailer or a flatbed tow truck.
