1993 Mercury Sable not starting

So the drivers side visor was hanging down by the
wires and it wouldnt go back up in. So I cut the wire
and took it down. Now the car wont start. What do
I do?

See if you blew fuses under dash & under hood or reattach the wires, I do not think that it but I also need more clues. Will it turn over?
