How W do I reinstall the pads,i put the inner
pad on i can't put the other pad on,and if I do
both pads are touching,how do I get it in my
rotor,never done brakes before

Do you know how to send a picture of what you are doing ? Because going by what you are saying do not understand the question.

What you need to do is Google utube and type in how to do brakes on the year, make and model of your vehicle quite sure there is a video showing you how to replace the brake pads.
