Where is the horn located?

Your insurance won't fix your car? The horn is typically in front of the radiator or behind the front bumper.

I actually bought the car when the front end ripped up..the horn is loose and would like to know where is its original placement.. furthermore, same is the case for thewire and plug that connects to the horn..

The exact placement is not important. If you must know the only way to find out would be to look at another Jetta. I doubt a repair manual would show the exact location.
