wut is making my 97 mountaineer cut off when i hit the brakes

every time i come to a complette stop my truck shuts off. i put an new egr and sensor on and cleaned the throttle body

Will it do it just sitting idling and step on the brake? Could be a bad vacuum booster and or the boosters check valve. Have you cleaned the ISC also? It might be stuck or plugged.
