I was on the interstate going about  75 and all of a sudden my tire shreds and car after
like it was going out of control but I didn't let it then my car just cut off it'll turnover but it
won't stay running could it be the fuel pump, fuel line

Check the fuse,s to pump,can you hear pump when you turn key on?

May need to check the fuel pressure to confirm pump is good,if you have fuel pressure and car quit while driving,have the timming checked,may have jumped.

check the inertia switch which is located in the trunk drivers side .it may need to be reset. when your tire blew it may have tripped it
