Question type: Maintenance & Repair

was running fine - this happened all the sudden tonight.  no check engine or any lights. very odd as we were pushing the car to get a tow, at times it would hardly move like the parking break was on but it was not. it was like the car would not move.

motor toast? does the starter turn the engine around?~

standard or automatic?~

standard. sometimes it will try to turn over then nothing.

this is going to take an inspection~...impossible to do from here~

When you try to start it, does it make any knocking type noise? If so, you may have a broken connecting rod.
